To optimize the protective cover design, we can simulate your robot programs to ensure there are no conflicts between our cover mounting fixtures and your work environment.
Cover Mounting Systems
To ensure the protective covers can follow movements without interfering or causing robot faults, we must install mounting accessories on the robots: frames on axis 1, rotating joints on axis 4 (depending on program rotation), and rotating joint on axis 6 to ensure sealing thanks to its wide range of motion (±300°). Without these components, the robot protective cover may tear.
