Our Manufacturing Process
The custom manufacturing of your covers follows a rigorous process:
- Design - Creation of plans with our HP Z230 CAD station according to your specifications
- Tracing - Precise tracing on material with our HP 44″ plotter
- Cutting - Careful cutting of textile pieces according to patterns
- Assembly - Assembly of pieces by sewing or welding according to your needs
- Finishing - Installation of accessories (eyelets, zippers, reinforcements) if necessary
- Quality Control - Final inspection for dimension compliance, finishing and strength
- Packaging - Secure preparation for shipment to you
